Hot Weather Patrol Cap
The hot weather patrol cap is a visor style with a circular crown and air vents. It was intended for wear with the hot weather battle dress uniform.
Description
The cap is a visor style, having a circular top crown, and a one piece, self-lined side crown with a center back seam. The outside crown band is top-stitched around the bottom of the side crown. The cap has six vents which are made by metal eyelets uniformly positioned around the sides and back of the cap.
Material
The cap is made of a rip-stop cotton/nylon cloth conforming to MIL-C-44436.
