The mesh cold weather drawers are part of a base layer set intended for use with the cold weather clothing layering system worn by personnel of the United States Marine Corps.

Design

The drawers shall be constructed with a fully open net-like mesh knit material conforming to to type I, class 1 of MIL-DTL-32737, and have jersey knit inner thigh gussets, jersey knit reinforced knee patches, a tapered two-ply functional fly conforming to type I, class 1 of MIL-DTL-32738, rib knit ankle cuffs conforming to type I, class 1 of MIL-DTL-32739, and an elastic waistband with an integrated draw-cord.
