Bandoleer
The MOLLE bandoleer holds up to six additional thirty round magazines and can be slung across the shoulders or fits in the claymore pocket of the main pack or the front pocket of MOLLE II assault pack.
Description
The bandoleer construction includes three basic material pleats that form separate pockets. Pocket covers are made of a double strand of 3-inch webbing conforming to MIL-W-4088 (13) with an eyelet/stud type snap fastener (14) at the center. Snap fastener button/sockets (26) are installed at the upper corners.
A sling made of 1-inch webbing comforming to MIL-W-43668 (15) is sewn to one side and threaded through a 1-inch loop on the other side that is secured by a 1-inch webbing loop. The strap has a slide buckle (19) for adjustment.
