Purchase Description AR/PD 15-06 covers the requirements for a flame resistant (FR) Army ballistic combat shirt (BCS) worn under body armor, including the Soldier Protection System Torso and Extremity Portection (SPS-TEP), the Interceptor Body Armor system, or the Soldier Plate Carrier System, in combat operations.
